Refund Policy

Return of Funds

Regarding refunds on all recurring advertising packages, please understand that all payments are eligible for a refund ONLY within 48 hours from when the payment was created. There will be no exceptions outside of this policy.

If at any time you wish to discontinue the advertising service, we will simply cancel your subscription for all months following. Notice of cancelation must be in the form of an email sent to contact@revivalmarketing.net. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return request is received and assessed, we will get in touch to notify you that we have received your request. Additionally, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
